Electronic Trading Services means an electronic service (together with a related software or application) accessible by whatever means we offer, including without limitation trading, direct market access, order routing, API or information services that we grant you access to or make available to you either directly or through a third-party service provider and used by you to view information or effect Positions, and “Electronic Trading Service” shall mean any of those services.

Electronic Trading Services means services of trading securities, financial derivatives or foreign exchange electronically.

• We will have no liability to you, whether in contract or in tort (including negligence) in the event that any computer viruses, worms, software bombs or similar items are introduced into your computer hardware or software via our Electronic Trading Services, provided that we have taken reasonable steps to prevent any such introduction.

• We may provide certain portions of the Electronic Trading Services under license from third parties, and you will comply with any additional restrictions on your usage that we may communicate to you from time to time, or that are otherwise the subject of an agreement between you and such licensors.

• In the absence of our fraud, willful default or negligence, we give no warranty regarding the performance of our website(s), our Electronic Trading Services or other software or their suitability for any equipment used by you for any particular purpose.

More Definitions of Electronic Trading Services

Electronic Trading Services means an electronic service (together with a related software or application) accessible by whatever means we offer, including without limitation the Platforms, trading, electronic access, order routing, API or information services, and market data that we grant you access to or make available to you either directly, through an API, or through a third-party service provider and used by you to view information or effect Positions (and "Electronic Trading Service" shall mean any of those services). For the avoidance of doubt, Electronic Trading Services shall include Third Party Electronic Trading Services;

Electronic Trading Services and Online Trading Facility means any electronic services (together with any related software) including without limitation trading, direct market access order routing or information services that we grant you access to or make available to you either directly or through a third-party service provider, and used by you to view information and/or enter into Transactions;

Electronic Trading Services mean the electronic facility which enables the Client to give instructions and obtain information services provided by ZUNDIAO;

Electronic Trading Services means access to execution venues, proprietary algorithmic systems, automated executions systems, alternative trade systems, analytic and portfolio tools and any such other electronic trading services that CESL or an Affiliate Company may choose to provide the Client with. “Execution Venues” means securities exchanges and markets including regulated markets, multilateral trading facilities, organised trading facilities and alternative trading systems, as may be agreed from time to time.
