Electronic Offer definition

Electronic Offer means a response to the College’s request for Offers or Request for Quotes submitted to the College via email or through the College’s Electronic Procurement System.
Electronic Offer means an online bid through the state’s eProcurement system, an offer submitted by electronic mail, or an offer submitted by facsimile.

Examples of Electronic Offer in a sentence

  • An Electronic Offer must be submitted for each Auction in which Offeror desires to participate.

  • Unless otherwise booked through the Accommodation Office, you are expected to vacate your room on or before the move-out date listed on your Electronic Offer.

  • If such an amended Individual Offer or new Electronic Offer is timely and correctly submitted by Offeror as provided herein, the most recently received Individual Offer or Electronic Offer, as indicated by the date and time of submission reported in the Automated ICAP Market System, shall supersede any previous version of the Individual Offer or Electronic Offer being changed, and any such superceded Individual Offer or Electronic Offer shall have no further force or effect.

  • For purposes of this Agreement, the only information so furnished shall be the fourth paragraph under “Underwriting”, “Underwriting – Discretionary Accounts,” the second and third sentences under “Underwriting – Electronic Offer, Sale and Distribution of Shares,” and “Underwriting – Stabilization” contained in the Prospectus (the “Underwriter Information”).
