Electronic Mode means any video conferencing facility (i.e., audio visual electronic communication facility) employed by the Company which enables all Persons participating in that meeting to communicate concurrently with each other without an intermediary and to participate effectively in the meeting;

Electronic Mode means any mode as may be defined under Act 2013 and under relevant rules thereto.

Examples of Electronic Mode in a sentence

The Directors of the Company may, in accordance with Applicable Law, participate in meetings of the Board through Electronic Mode as may be set out in the notice of the meeting, provided the Directors intending to participate in the Board meeting by Electronic Mode confirm to the Company their participation in such meeting by Electronic Mode at least two (2) Business Days prior to the scheduled date of such meeting.

More Definitions of Electronic Mode

Electronic Mode means any communication by way of electronic media like tele-conferencing, video-conferencing and any other electronic media.

Electronic Mode in relation to Meetings means Meetings through video conferencing or other audio-visual means. “Video conferencing or other audio- visual means” means audio-visual electronic communication facility employed which enables all the persons participating in a Meeting to communicate concurrently with each other without an intermediary and to participate effectively in the Meeting.

Electronic Mode means electronic medium of communication including video conferencing or other audio-visual means or other electronic communication facility capable of being recorded, as may be applicable.

Electronic Mode means any communication sent by the Corporation through its authorised and secured computer programme, which is capable of generating a confirmation of the communication having been sent and of keeping a record of such communication addressed to the person entitled to receive the same, at the electronic mail address of the addressee;

Electronic Mode includes modern electronic means of communications like e- mail, video-conferencing, fax, SMS etc.

Electronic Mode means data sent, received or forwarded is storable and retrievable using electronic medium;
