Electronic distribution or "Electronic Transmission" shall mean any transmission to the consumer, whether sound alone or sound coupled with an image, in any form, analog or digital, now known or later developed (including, but not limited to, direct broadcast satellite, point-to- point satellite, cable system, broadcast station, point-of-sale manufacturing, etc.).
