Electronic Data Processing Equipment definition

Electronic Data Processing Equipment means com- puters, terminals, teleprinters, readers, telephone sys- tems, computerized cash registers, word processing equipment, and equipment and parts related to the processing unit.
Electronic Data Processing Equipment means data processing systems including Equipment, component parts and related systems, peripheral equipment including air conditioning and Fire Protective Equipment used solely for data processing operations. This does not include Equipment held for sale or distribution and Equipment in the course of manufacture.
Electronic Data Processing Equipment means electronic data processing equipment, facsimile machines, word processors, multi-functional telephone equipment, laptop and portable computers; related surge protection devices; and their component parts and peripherals used solely for data processing operations.
