The provisions of the Electoral Act 1993 and its amendments shall apply.
Use of Elector Information The Organisation must ensure that Elector Information is not used for any purpose other than the permitted purpose as specified in section 91A of the Electoral Act, and section 11 of the Electoral and Referendum Regulation 2016.
