Electoral Act definition

Electoral Act means the Electoral Act, 1998 (Act No. 73 of 1998);
Electoral Act means the Electoral Act [Chapter 2:13] or other Act of Parliament having effect for the purposes of section 58(4) of the Constitution which is for the time being in force;
