Electing Party definition

Electing Party has the meaning specified in Section 6.1(e).

  • Within 45 calendar days after each Implicated Party’s response was provided or due, whichever is later, the Electing Party and the Implicated Parties shall confer and negotiate in good faith toward a mutually satisfactory resolution, or shall establish a specific process and timetable to seek such resolution.

  • The Electing Party shall notify all other Parties to this BEI of the dispute through a Dispute Notice.
