Elected Trustees shall assume office at the first Board meeting of the calendar year following their election.
As soon as practicable following the fixing of the date upon which a poll or election is to be held the Returning Officer shall forward by post addressed to each Elector eligible to vote at the address shown on the roll one voting paper in respect of the poll or election of Elected Trustees together with an envelope stamped and addressed to the Returning Officer.
Elected Trustees shall be chosen by the Board of Trustees as provided in subsections (b) and (c).
