EHO definition

EHO means the Executive Office of Health and Human Services Hearing Office which has been designated by law and the Secretary to serve as the appeals entity for programs administered by the Department of Behavioral Healthcare, Developmental Disabilities and Hospitals, the Department of Children, Youth and Families, the Department of Human Services, the EOHHS and which may also have been designated under Rules and Regulations Pertaining to the Rhode Island Health Benefits Exchange as the appeals entity for programs administered by HealthSource RI.

  • The fees and expenses of the EHO and of a court reporter, if used, shall be shared equally by the employee or his/her representative organization and the County.
