Under the Grant Agreement, if EGLE transfers to City an amount equal to or less than the amount listed in the progress report, City will, within fourteen (14) days of receipt of such amount from EGLE, reimburse Developer such amount.

Upon the satisfactory completion of the Eligible Activities by the Developer and the City as described in Exhibit A, as amended or supplemented, pursuant to this Amended and Restated Agreement, and approved by EGLE and/or MSHDA/MSF and where applicable approved by the CBRA, the CBRA shall reimburse the Developer and the City in accordance with the terms set forth in this Amended and Restated Agreement.
Reimbursement requests must be submitted at least once every quarter, no later than 14 days before the date each quarter’s reporting is due to EGLE as is set forth in Section IV(A) of the Grant Agreement.
City will reimburse Developer any and all expenses for Eligible Activities described in the work plans approved by ▇▇▇▇, identified in progress reports (see Section 5), and approved by EGLE for reimbursement.
