Examples of EFS in a sentence
In liquidating Customer’s long or short position, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, in its sole discretion, may sell or purchase in the same contract month or initiate new long or short positions in order to establish a spread or straddle which in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ judgment may be necessary or advisable to protect existing positions in Customer’s account, including by means of an EFP, EFS, EFO, or EFR or similar transaction.
EFS is not responsible for and does not control third party telecommunication lines used to provide the Services; and will not be responsible for the security of transmissions using these lines.
EFS shall be entitled to rely upon the Customer Data in providing the Services.
