Efficiency Unit definition

Efficiency Unit means a Unit containing only one habitable room. A room in a structure that is a single-family house at the time of application will not be considered to be an Efficiency Unit eligible for program funds.
Efficiency Unit means a Unit without a separately enclosed Bedroom designed principally for use by a single person.

More Definitions of Efficiency Unit

Efficiency Unit means a Unit without a separately enclosed Bedroom.
Efficiency Unit means a dwelling unit that has a minimum floor area of 150 square feet, and that may also have kitchen or bathroom facilities.
Efficiency Unit means a Dwelling Unit consisting of one principal room exclusive of bathroom, kitchen, hallway, closets, or dining alcove directly off the principal room, provided such dining alcove complies with occupancy permit requirements.
