Effect on Agreement. Except as expressly set forth herein, the terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. In the event of any inconsistency between the Agreement and this Amendment, the terms of this Amendment shall control.
Effect on Agreement. Except as specifically required to implement the purposes of this Addendum, or to the extent inconsistent with a material term of this Addendum, all other terms of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
Effect on Agreement. Other than as specifically amended herein, the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
Effect on Agreement. The Agreement, as amended hereby, shall be and remain in full force and effect in accordance with its respective terms and hereby is ratified and confirmed in all respects. The execution, delivery, and performance of this Amendment shall not operate as a waiver of or, except as expressly set forth herein, as an amendment, of any right, power, or remedy of Foothill under the Agreement, as in effect prior to the date hereof.
Effect on Agreement. The Agreement shall continue in full force and effect as amended by this Amendment. From and after the date hereof, all references to the Agreement shall be deemed to mean the Agreement as amended by this Amendment.
Effect on Agreement. As of the Effective Date, this Amendment shall be effective to amend the Agreement and to the extent of any conflict between the Agreement and this Amendment, this Amendment shall control.
Effect on Agreement. Except as specifically provided in this Amendment, all provisions of the Agreement shall remain unaffected by this Amendment and shall continue in full force and effect in accordance with the provisions of the Agreement.
Effect on Agreement. Except as specifically required to implement the purposes of the BAA, or to the extent inconsistent with this BAA, all other terms of the Agreement shall remain in force and effect.
Effect on Agreement. Except as specifically amended hereby, the Employment Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
Effect on Agreement. The execution of this Amendment shall not alter, limit, restrict, abridge or otherwise amend or affect any of the rights of the parties hereto as set forth in the Agreement except as explicitly set forth in Section B of this Amendment. If there is a conflict between the provisions of this Amendment and the provisions of the Agreement, the provisions of this Amendment shall control.
