EDL definition

EDL means the New York State Economic Development Law.
EDL means the state-owned enterprise Electricité du Laos, a state-owned enterprise, established and operating pursuant to the Charter of Electricité du Laos, as such Charter was approved by the Ministry of Industry and Handicrafts and the Board of Directors of Electricité du Laos on December 29, 1997.
