EDCP definition

EDCP means the WEC Energy Group Executive Deferred Compensation Plan, as amended from time to time, or any successor to such plan. Prior to January 1, 2016, the EDCP was known as the Wisconsin Energy Corporation Executive Deferred Compensation Plan.

Examples of EDCP in a sentence

  • Such form shall irrevocably specify a method of payment for such compensation from among the methods allowable under the Company's Executive Deferred Compensation Plan (the "EDCP").
