All other provisions of the Plan shall supersede the provisions of this Trust Agreement, including Section 6.15 of the Plan, which provides that the restrictions set forth in paragraph 20 of the Final Order approving the DIP Credit Agreement (ECF No. 2529) shall continue to apply.

All Parties agree that the Court’s incorporation of this Agreement into an order dismissing this Case with prejudice pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(2) shall supersede the relief ordered in the Court’s preliminary injunction order of November 10, 2016, ECF No. 96, and supersede all relief previously ordered in this Case.
