EC Regulations definition

EC Regulations means Commission Regulation (EC) No 1003/2005 of 30 June 2005 as amended by Commission Regu- lation (EC) No 1168/2006 of 31 July 2006, and, in as far as they concern breeding flocks of domestic fowl, Regulation (EC) No 2160/2003 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 November 2003 and Commission Regulation (EC) No 1177/2006 of 1 August 2006;
EC Regulations means the Commission Regulation and the Council Regulation;
EC Regulations means European Union Regulations currently in force including but not limited to EC Regulation 2027/97, 889/2002 and 261/2004 and 1107/2006.
