eBook definition

eBook means an electronic book published in PDF format and made available by IEEE through IEEE Xplore.
eBook. (”or eBooks”) means a collection of text and graphics in electronic form which is intended for consumption by an End User.
eBook shall be deemed to mean: (i) the use of that term as generally understood in the academic publishing business, or (ii) any digital object that would typically have, or be expected to have, a digital ISBN assignment.

eBook means an individual Content File containing Publisher Content, Artwork, Insert Content (if any), Extras (if any) and metadata in a form authorized by Publisher for download on the Online Store. Each eBook available for sale hereunder will be designated by its International Standard Book Number (ISBN) in the metadata. If Publisher makes eTextbooks available under this Schedule, then eTextbooks are also considered eBooks for the purposes of this Schedule except as otherwise set forth in Exhibit H.
