Payment of the EBO Price, applicable sales taxes, together with all other amounts due and owing by Lessee under the Lease (including, without limitation, Rent) on or before the EBO Date, shall be made on the EBO Date in immediately available funds.
If Lessee shall fail to pay all amounts required to be paid under the Lease on the EBO Date, the Lease shall continue in full force and effect and Lessee agrees to reimburse Lessor for all reasonable costs, expenses and liabilities incurred in connection therewith.
