EBO Amount definition

EBO Amount has the meaning given to such term in Exhibit B to the Lease.

EBO Amount. As defined in Section 4.02(a)(F) of the Lease.

EBO Amount means the excess of the EBO Price over the EBO Date Prepaid Rent Balance.
