EBC definition

EBC or the "Representative") and with the other underwriters named on Schedule I hereto for which EBC is acting as Representative (the Representative and the other Underwriters being collectively called the "Underwriters" or, individually, an "Underwriter") as follows:
EBC shall have the meaning given in the Preamble.
EBC means Early Bird Capital, Inc., the lead underwriter in Parent’s IPO.

  • The holders of the EBC Founder Shares will not sell, transfer, assign, pledge or hypothecate any of the EBC Founder Shares for a period of 180 days pursuant to Conduct Rule 5110(e)(1) of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc.
