Determinations made by the EB Committee shall be final, conclusive and binding, subject only to review by arbitration pursuant to paragraph (c) below under the arbitrary and capricious standard of review.
The final decision of the EB Committee with respect to a Plan Dispute shall be upheld unless such decision was arbitrary or capricious.
