Earth Movement definition

Earth Movement means any natural or man-made earth movement, including but not limited to earthquake, landslides, subsidence or volcanic eruption regardless of any other cause or event contributing concurrently or in any other sequence of loss. However, physical damage by fire, explosion, or sprinkler leakage resulting from earth movement will not be considered to be loss by earth movement within the terms and conditions of this section. All earth movement within a continuous 168-hour period will be considered a single earth movement; the beginning of such period shall be determined by you. This definition does not include loss or damage caused by or resulting from flood, regardless of any other cause or event contributing concurrently or in any other sequence to the loss.
