Earned Salary definition

Earned Salary means the Base Salary earned by Employee, but unpaid, through Employee’s Date of Termination.
Earned Salary means any Base Salary earned, but unpaid, for services rendered to the Company on or prior to the date on which the Employment Period ends pursuant to Section 5(a) hereof.
Earned Salary means any Base Salary earned, but unpaid, for services rendered to the Company on or prior to the date on which the Contract Employment Period ends (other than Base Salary deferred pursuant to Executive's election, as provided in Paragraph 3(a) hereof).
