Early voting definition

Early voting means casting a ballot prior to election day at a location designated by the supervisor of elections and depositing the voted ballot in the tabulation system.
Early voting means the process of receiving ballots from voters before election day without using absentee voting procedures. Iowa law does not authorize this process.
