Early Maturity Date definition

Early Maturity Date means the date notified to the Investor as such in the Early Maturity Notice;
Early Maturity Date means the date notified to the Investor as such in the Early Maturity Notice or a Valuation Date on which an Automatic Early Redemption Event occurs;
Early Maturity Date means, with respect to any series of 2018 Convertible Notes or 2022 Convertible Notes, the date that is 91 days prior to the stated maturity date for such series of 2018 Convertible Notes or 2022 Convertible Notes set forth in the applicable Indenture.

Examples of Early Maturity Date in a sentence

  • The Redemption Price paid to the investor on the Final Maturity Date or, if applicable, on the Early Redemption Date or on the Early Maturity Date, equals the full outstanding principal (i.e., Nominal Value) together with the unpaid interest accrued up to the Final Maturity Date or the Early Maturity Date, or the Early Redemption Date, and early redemption premium, if applicable.

  • The 10th Business Day calculated from the day following the day of submission of the Trustee’s inquiry to the Issuer or the day the Issuer received the abovementioned Bondholders’ Meeting decision to demand extraordinary early redemption of the Bonds from the Trustee, whichever is relevant, shall be the Early Maturity Date.

More Definitions of Early Maturity Date

Early Maturity Date means the date notified to the Investor as such in the Early Maturity Notice or, if a Call Feature applies to a Series, a Call Date on which a Call Event occurs for a particular Series;
Early Maturity Date has the meaning specified in Section 2.23(a).
Early Maturity Date means a Banking Day before the Maturity Date, when the Issuer must redeem all of the Notes in accordance with the Terms (including Extraordinary Early Redemption);
