E-liquid definition

E-liquid means any liquid, oil, or wax product containing, but not limited to, nicotine or cannabis intended for use in devices used for inhalation as well as any other substance included or defined in RSA 126-K:2, II-c.
E-liquid means a substance that:
E-liquid means the solution, substance, or other material that contains nicotine and is used in or with a tobacco substitute, and that is heated or otherwise acted upon to produce an aerosol, vapor, or other emission to be inhaled or otherwise absorbed by the user. The term does not include cannabis products as defined in section 831 of this title or products that are regulated by the Cannabis Control Board.

The term does not include cannabis and cannabis products that are offered by a cannabis establishment licensed pursuant to chapter 33 of this title or by a medical cannabis dispensary licensed pursuant to chapter 37 of this title.
E-liquid means any liquid, oil, or wax product containing, but not limited to, nicotine or cannabis intended for use in devices used for inhalation as well as any other substance included or defined in RSA 126-K:2, II-c. "Liquid nicotine'' means any liquid product composed either in whole or in part of pure nicotine and propylene glycol and manufactured for use with e-cigarettes, as well as any other product or item included in RSA 126- K:2, III-a.
E-liquid means a substance that does not include cannabis or CBD as defined under the laws of this state and the laws of the United States and which meets all of the following criteria: (a) May or may not contain nicotine; (b) Is intended to be vaporized and inhaled using a vapor product; (c) Is a legal substance under the laws of this state and the laws of the United States.
