E-Commerce Transaction definition

E-Commerce Transaction means a transaction initiated by you to purchase goods or services over the internet and which, for the avoidance of doubt, includes any such transactions initiated through a mobile device.
E-Commerce Transaction means online purchases or online transactions.
E-Commerce Transaction means a non-face-to-face on-line Transaction using electronic media in which Card details are transmitted by a Cardholder to You via the internet, the extranet or any other public or private network.

  • Promptly following any amendment, modification or change to any E-Commerce Transaction Document, Borrower shall provide Agent with a copy thereof.

  • The Merchant must provide written disclosure to the Cardholder of all charged (including shipping and handling charges) and any applicable tax prior to the Cardholder initiating an E-Commerce Transaction.

E-Commerce Transaction means any sale or purchase of goods or services, conducted over any networks by methods specifically designed for the purpose of receiving or placing of orders. The goods or services are ordered by those methods, but the payment and the ultimate delivery of the goods or services do not have to be conducted online. An e-CT can be between enterprises, households, individuals, governments, and other public or private organisations.
