DWAC definition

DWAC means Deposit Withdrawal at Custodian as defined by the DTC.
DWAC means the DTC’s Deposit/Withdrawal at Custodian system.

Examples of DWAC in a sentence

  • The ADSs constituting the applicable VWAP Purchase ADS Amount to be purchased by the Investor in a VWAP Purchase shall be delivered to the Investor as DWAC ADSs not later than 1:00 p.m., New York City time, on the VWAP Purchase Exercise Date for such VWAP Purchase.

  • The Common Stock must be DWAC Eligible and not subject to a “DTC chill”.
