DVBE definition

DVBE means a business entity that has complied with the requirements under California law to become certified by the California Office of Small Business Certification and Resources as a business owned and operated by a disabled veteran of the United States military, naval or air services.
DVBE means Disabled Veteran’s Business Enterprise as set forth in Military and Veterans Code section 999, et seq.
DVBE means a Disabled Veterans Business Enterprise.

  • Contractor’s failure to meet the DVBE commitment set forth in its bid or proposal constitutes a breach of the Agreement.
