DUS Guide definition

DUS Guide as used in this Agreement means the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Mae Multifamily Negotiated Transactions Guide, as such Guide may be amended from time to time, including amendments in the form of Lender Memos, Guide Updates and Guide Announcements). All references to specific articles and sections of, and exhibits to, the DUS Guide shall be deemed references to such articles, sections and exhibits as they may be amended, modified, updated, superseded, supplemented or replaced from time to time.
DUS Guide means the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Mae Multifamily Delegated Underwriting and Servicing (DUS) Guide, as such Guide may be amended from time to time, including exhibits to the DUS Guide and amendments in the form of Lender Memos, Guide Updates and Guide Announcements (and, if such Guide is no longer used by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇, the term "DUS Guide" as used in this Agreement means the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Mae Multifamily Negotiated Transactions Guide, as such Guide may be amended from time to time, including amendments in the form of Lender Memos, Guide Updates and Guide Announcements). All references to specific articles and sections of, and exhibits to, the DUS Guide shall be deemed references to such articles, sections and exhibits as they may be amended, modified, updated, superseded, supplemented or replaced from time to time.
DUS Guide means the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ Delegated Underwriting and Servicing Guide in its present form and as amended, modified, supplemented or reissued from time to time (all references to Parts, Chapters, Sections and other subdivisions of the DUS Guide shall be deemed references to (i) the Parts, Chapters, Sections and other subdivisions in effect on the date of the Agreement and (ii) any successor provisions to such Parts, Chapters, Sections and other subdivisions.

Examples of DUS Guide in a sentence

  • The Borrower shall not change the management agent for any Mortgaged Property except to a management agent which the Lender determines is qualified in accordance with the criteria set forth in Section 701 of the DUS Guide.

  • The Borrower has good, valid, marketable and indefeasible title to each Mortgaged Property (either in fee simple or as tenant under a ground lease meeting all of the requirements of the DUS Guide), free and clear of all Liens whatsoever except the Permitted Liens.

  • Any new Manager must be approved in writing by Lender prior to being hired which approval shall be granted if Lender determines that such proposed Manager is qualified in accordance with the criteria set forth in Section 701 of the DUS Guide.

  • The Lender shall have the right, upon such notice, to impose such additional reporting and other requirements as may be required under the DUS Guide.

  • The Borrower Parties shall not change the management agent for any Mortgaged Property except to a management agent which the Lender determines is qualified in accordance with the criteria set forth in Section 701 of the DUS Guide.
