Due Delivery Date definition

Due Delivery Date means the due date of delivery of the Item to the place of delivery as specified in the Order.
Due Delivery Date means the date specified by the Council when the Goods are to be delivered or the Services completed. This is the date set out in the Contract Documentation and or the Order. If no date is specified the Delivery Date is a date a reasonable period after the date of the Contract.
Due Delivery Date means the date the Goods and/or Services are due to Buyer, as specified in the Order.

Examples of Due Delivery Date in a sentence

  • The Goods shall be delivered on, or before, the Due Delivery Date.

  • Time is of the essence of any relevant Purchase Order, and Supplier shall take all necessary or convenient measures to guarantee that delivery of Products or completion of Services is performed not later than the Due Delivery Date.

  • Without limiting any other rights herein, if Purchaser agrees to accept deliveries after the Due Delivery Date has passed, Purchaser may require delivery by the fastest method and the total cost of such shipment, transportation and handling shall be borne by Supplier.

  • Acceptance is not deemed to have occurred until such time as final inspection and testing by the Council has taken place or until the expiry of 6 months from the Due Delivery Date (whichever is the latest).

  • Before the Due Delivery Date of any piece of Equipment the Buyer can amend or cancel and remove that piece of Equipment from the Equipment Order by notifying the Supplier.

Due Delivery Date. Early Termination" means the date so specified in Schedule [*2*]; means termination arising from the Supplier agreeing to the Customer's request (pursuant to Clause 13.1 13.1(Early Termination) for early termination or termination arising as a result of Default by the Customer; "Environmental Information Regulations" means the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 together with any guidance and/or codes of practice issued by the Information Commissioner or relevant government department in relation to such regulations;
