DSRA definition

DSRA means an account designated “Kosmos - DSRA” established by the Original Borrower in respect of the Facility with the Account Bank in London pursuant to clause 20 (Bank Accounts and Cash Management) of this Agreement which is secured in favour of the Secured Parties.
DSRA has the meaning set forth in ‎Section 6.01.

More Definitions of DSRA

DSRA means the US Dollar denominated debt service reserve account in the name of the Borrower with account number 00000000 held with the Account Bank in London (or any other account being a renewal, redesignation or replacement of that account as the Majority Lenders may approve).
DSRA means Debt Service Reserve Account to be opened and maintained by the Company with a scheduled bank;
DSRA means a deposit account of the Issuer maintained with the Collateral Agent in Mexico pursuant to documentation that (i) contains, without limitation, the terms set forth in Article VIII of the Common Agreement, and (ii) is otherwise acceptable to the Issuer, the Collateral Agent, and the Negotiating Creditors.
