On each Quarterly Date, to the DSR Account pursuant to Section 7.5 to the extent the DSR Requirement has not been satisfied.
The Accounts required to be established as of the Initial Borrowing Date under the Depositary Agreement shall have been established, and the DSR Account shall have been funded, or will be funded in connection with the Initial Borrowing, in the amount of the DSR Requirement.
