driving school definition
driving school means a school established under section 37 in which persons wishing to drive motor vehicles receive instruction in driving motor vehicles;
driving school means a place where the business of teaching persons the theory of how to operate a motor vehicle occurs;
driving school means any place or part thereof operated for the purpose of instructing a Person to Operate a Motor Vehicle or for preparing a Person for any examination for a Driver’s Licence issued by the Province of Ontario.
