Driver education means:
Driver education means any type of instruction or tutoring given to a person in preparation to obtain a learner's permit or in preparing for an examination to obtain a driver's license in exchange for remuneration or course credit. [PL 2013, c. 381, Pt. B, §20 (AMD).]
