Dreyfus means The Dreyfus Corporation and its affiliates, including Dreyfus Service Corporation.

The Manager and the Trust agree that the name "Dreyfus" may be used by the Portfolio Manager for other investment companies, entities or purposes. In the event that the Portfolio Manager is no longer the portfolio manager for a particular Fund previously managed by the Portfolio Manager, the Manager and the Trust shall with reasonable promptness take all necessary actions to remove the names "Dreyfus" from the name of the Fund.

Dreyfus is the property of Subadviser for copyright and other purposes. Subadviser agrees that, for so long as Subadviser is the sole subadviser of any Fund, the name "Dreyfus" may be used in the name of such Fund and that such use of the name "Dreyfus" may include use of the name in prospectuses, reports, and sales materials; provided, however, that all use of the name "Dreyfus" is subject to prior written approval of Subadviser.
