Subadviser agrees that, for so long as Subadviser is the sole subadviser of any Fund, the name "Dreyfus" may be used in the name of such Fund and that such use of the name "Dreyfus" may include use of the name in prospectuses, reports, and sales materials; provided, however, that all use of the name "Dreyfus" is subject to prior written approval of Subadviser.
