Draw Down Amount definition

Draw Down Amount means the actual amount of a Draw Down paid to the Company.

Draw Down Amount means the actual amount of proceeds to be paid by the Purchaser in connection with a Draw Down.

Draw Down Amount means the actual dollar amount of a Draw Down paid to the Company.

• In no event shall any Draw Down Amount exceed the Maximum Draw Down Amount.

• During the Commitment Period, the Company may, in its sole discretion, issue a Draw Down Notice (as hereinafter defined) which shall specify the dollar amount of Shares the Company elects to sell to the Investor (each such election, a “Draw Down”) up to a Draw Down Amount equal to the Maximum Draw Down Amount, which Draw Down the Investor shall be obligated to accept.

• At the end of each Draw Down Pricing Period, the Purchaser’s total Draw Down commitment under this Agreement shall be reduced by the total Draw Down Amount for such Draw Down Pricing Period.

More Definitions of Draw Down Amount

Draw Down Amount means the actual amount of proceeds received by the Company by a Draw Down under this Agreement.

Draw Down Amount means the actual amount of a Draw Down up to $8,000,000 or such other amount mutually agreed upon by the Purchaser and the Company.

Draw Down Amount means the actual amount of a Draw Down up to $6,000,000 in any Draw Down Pricing Period or such other amount mutually agreed upon by the Purchaser and the Company.

Draw Down Amount means the actual amount of a Draw Down up to $16,000,000.
