Draw Down Amount definition

Draw Down Amount means the actual amount of proceeds to be paid by the Purchaser in connection with a Draw Down.
Draw Down Amount means the actual amount of a Draw Down paid to the Company.
Draw Down Amount means the actual dollar amount of a Draw Down paid to the Company.

More Definitions of Draw Down Amount

Draw Down Amount means the actual amount of proceeds received by the Company by a Draw Down under this Agreement.
Draw Down Amount means the actual amount of a Draw Down up to the amount permitted by Section 6.1(a) hereof in any Draw Down Pricing Period or such other amount mutually agreed upon by the Purchaser and the Company.
