Draw Certificate definition

Draw Certificate means, with respect to each draw under the Bonds, a certificate of the Company, approved by the Owners of all of the Bonds, such approval to be evidenced by their execution thereof, in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit C.

Draw Certificate means that certain schedule, updated from time to time and signed by Lender and Payor, evidencing the initial amount funded by Lender and the amount funded under each subsequent draw (if any), as well as any repayments of principal or interest that have occurred subsequent to the initial funding hereunder.

Draw Certificate means the Certificate to be executed in connection with each Draw as required by Section 10 hereof, the form of which is attached hereto as Exhibit B.

Examples of Draw Certificate in a sentence

• In clarification, we agree to honor the Draw Certificate as specified in the preceding sentences, without regard to the truth or falsity of the assertions made therein.

• We hereby agree to honor a drawing hereunder made in compliance with this Letter of Credit by transferring in immediately available funds the amount specified in the Draft delivered to us in connection with such drawing to such account at such bank in the United States as you may specify in your Draw Certificate.

Draw Certificate means the Agency’s certificate requesting a Draw, which shall be in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.
