Drafts definition

Drafts means drafts, bills of exchange, receipts, acceptances, demands and other requests for payment drawn or issued under a Letter of Credit.
Drafts means any documentary draft drawn under and conditioned upon presentation of documents required by the Credit, including but not limited to such drafts accepted by the Issuer.
Drafts means, at any time, either a depository ▇▇▇▇ within the meaning of the DBNA or a ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ of exchange, within the meaning of the Bills of Exchange Act (Canada), drawn by the Canadian Borrower on a Canadian Lender and bearing such distinguishing letters and numbers as such Canadian Lender may determine, but which at such time, except as otherwise provided herein, has not been completed or accepted by such Canadian Lender.
