DPV definition

DPV means the Provincial Road Department (Dirección Provincial de Vialidad) within the Ministry of Public Works of an Eligible Province or any other entity (with similar functions and responsibilities) within the Executive Power of an Eligible Province which does not have a Provincial Road Department;
DPV means Dirección Provincial de Vialidad, or Provincial Road Department, which may or may not be vested with legal personality, or any other entity (which may or may not be vested with legal personality) with similar functions and responsibilities, all within the administrative jurisdiction of a Participating Province.
