DPUC means the State of Connecticut Department of Public Utility Control, or any successor commission, agency or officer.

"Employee Pension Benefit Plan" has the meaning set forth in ERISA Section 3 Subsection (2). "Employee Welfare Benefit Plan" has the meaning set forth in ERISA Section 3 Subsection (1).
