Each party shall: (a) ensure that it complies at all times with all applicable obligations which may arise under applicable DP Laws in connection with the Processing of Personal Data pursuant to this Agreement; and (b) take appropriate technical and organizational measures against unauthorized or unlawful Processing of Personal Data and against accidental loss or destruction of, or damage to, Personal Data.
Otherwise, all processing of Protected Data shall cease upon expiry or termination of the Agreement (unless required to comply with DP Laws).
If either party receives any complaint, notice or communication from a supervisory authority which relates to the other party’s: (i) processing of the Agreement Personal Data; or (ii) potential failure to comply with DP Laws in respect of the Agreement Personal Data, that party shall direct the supervisory authority to the other party.
