Any Gas processing facility downstream of any portion of the Gathering System to which Shipper has dedicated Gas for processing or at which Shipper has arranged for Gas to be processed prior to delivery to a Downstream Pipeline.
All System Compressor Stations (a) shall be designed for a suction pressure of from one hundred (100) psig to one hundred forty (140) psig and (b) shall be designed for and shall be operated at a discharge pressure sufficient to effect delivery to the relevant Downstream Pipeline or Processing Plant.
