Downloadable Software definition

Downloadable Software means any computer software programs, SDKs, codes, and/or files made available by us through or as part of the Hosted Services which you may be required to download and install/store locally on your computer to connect to and/or use the Hosted Services, along with any related Documentation and Updates.
Downloadable Software. We may offer applications for devices ("apps") directly or through third- party stores. As between us and any third-party platform (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play), we are responsible for operating, maintaining, and supporting the apps.
Downloadable Software means the portion of the Software, if any, that must be present on a Customer's computer in order for that Customer's computer to have access to a Bingo Tournament and which may be downloaded or obtained by the Customer via the Internet as a java applet;

More Definitions of Downloadable Software

Downloadable Software means the portion of the Software that must be resident on a customer's computer in order for the customer to access the Casino and play the Games;

We may update Apps from time to time to add new features and/or correct bugs. You shall ensure that you are using the most recent version of the App that is compatible with your device. We cannot guarantee that you will be able to use the most recent version of the App on your device.
