Domestic Security Agreement definition

Domestic Security Agreement means the Domestic Security Agreement among the Original US Borrower, the Domestic Guarantors, the Additional Grantors named therein and the Administrative Agent, dated as of the Closing Date and substantially in the form of Exhibit G, as amended pursuant to the Tenth Amendment, together with each related security agreement supplement executed and delivered pursuant to Section 6.12.
Domestic Security Agreement means the Pledge and Security Agreement (Domestic) dated as of the Initial Funding Date executed in favor of Administrative Agent by U.S. Borrowers and each other Domestic Obligor, as amended, modified, restated or supplemented from time to time.
Domestic Security Agreement means the security agreement dated as of the Closing Date given by the Domestic Credit Parties party thereto, as grantors, to the Domestic Collateral Agent to secure the Obligations, and any other security agreement in favor of the Domestic Collateral Agent to secure all or some portion of the Obligations that may be given by any Person pursuant to the terms hereof, in each case as the same may be amended and modified from time to time.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, all releases and indemnities provided hereunder shall survive termination of this Domestic Security Agreement.

More Definitions of Domestic Security Agreement

Domestic Security Agreement means the Domestic Security Agreement, substantially in the form of Exhibit D-1, among each Loan Party (other than the Canadian Guarantors (but including Pliant Packaging of Canada, LLC) and any other Loan Party that is a Foreign Subsidiary) and the Collateral Agent.
Domestic Security Agreement means, collectively, that certain Third Amended and Restated Security Agreement dated as of the Fifth Restated Closing Date, among the Domestic Loan Parties and the Administrative Agent, for the benefit of the Administrative Agent and the Lenders, as the same may be amended, restated or otherwise modified from time to time hereafter.
Domestic Security Agreement means a Security and Pledge Agreement securing the Domestic Loans and guarantees thereof.

All rights and obligations of the Administrative Agent under the Domestic Security Agreement have been assigned to the Collateral Agent, for the benefit of the holders of the Obligations.
