DOCA definition

DOCA means the deed of company arrangement executed by the Grantor and to which this Power of Attorney is attached as a schedule.

  • No other Property of the Deed Company or each other Group DOCA Company will be available to pay such claims.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the same formula will be used to determine EPM Entitlements for Deed Company Creditors and Related DOCA Creditors.
