D&M Report means D&M’s independent contingent resource report of Alvopetro’s conventional natural gas pool located on Blocks 197 and 198 in the Recôncavo Basin onshore Brazil, dated effective June 30, 2015;
D&M Report has the meaning specified in Section 2.5(b)
