DLUHC definition

DLUHC means the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (or any successor body with similar or equivalent jurisdiction or authority);

DLUHC means the Department for Levelling-Up, Housing and Communities (or any successor body with similar or equivalent jurisdiction or authority); DLUHC Programme means any capital or revenue grant funding programme administered by DLUHC; Duration means in relation each Firm Scheme, the period starting from the date on which the scheme becomes a Firm Scheme and ending on the date on which the Delivery of the Firm Scheme is completed in accordance with the relevant Firm Scheme Details; Dwelling Practical Completion means the SHAP Dwelling is fit for beneficial occupation as a residential dwelling in accordance with applicable NHBC, LABC or equivalent requirements current at the date of inspection subject only to the existence of minor defects and/or minor omissions at the time of inspection which are capable of being made good or carried out without materially interfering with the beneficial use and enjoyment of the dwelling and which would be reasonable to include in a snagging list, and Dwelling Practically Complete shall be construed accordingly; EH Lease & Repair Scheme means a Capital Firm Scheme identified on IMS as an "Empty Homes Lease & Repair" scheme which meets the description in the Capital Funding Guide applicable to the "EH Lease and Repair" processing route identified in the Scheme Type Matrix (as set out in the column headed "Description in the CFG" in the Scheme Type Matrix) unless otherwise expressly agreed by Homes England on IMS;
DLUHC means the Secretary of State for the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities, or any other successor HMG department (and any other person or entity referred to in Clause 2(L) of Annex 1 (Definitions and Interpretation)).
