DLL definition

DLL means, with respect to each Product listed on Exhibit A, Part 1, the functions and data in the dynamic-link libraries of LTD which have been utilized by LTD to create such Product.
DLL means, individually and collectively, De ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Financial Services, Inc. and De ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Finance, Inc., each a Delaware corporation, together with any other entity controlled by either of them.
DLL means DTS Licensing Limited, a company organized under the laws of the Republic of Ireland.
